    Will high volume output from laptop damage CIEM?

    I recently plugged my UM Mage into my laptop and accidentally played something at full volume. Now I am paranoid that the CIEM is damaged. Can someone let me know if that is possible or if there is a way to check if the CIEM is damaged or not.

    Can we clean CIEM with a vacuum?

    There is a piece of ear wax jammed too deep inside of my JH16 Pro and I tried everything to get it out but I still cannot. Can I put a vacuum tube close to the opening and suck out the debris? I have never done it before so I'm a little hesitant to try it on a $1200 CIEM.

    Hifiman HM-602 Random Restart

    I've been using my Hifiman 602 (bought from a member here), and the system randomly restarts sometimes during playback. If I listen to music for an hour, it will happen about 2-3 times. Is this a common problem? is there a fix?

    I tried replacing the battery on the HM602, which seems like a simple process because there is a simple connector for the battery on the board.
