So, several months ago I got the V-Moda M80s. And I love them. Over the hours of listening, they only got better and better. But lately, I'm noticing a scratchy sound coming from the headphones more and more. It's pretty faint, yet very much noticeable. And this scratch happens every time...

As you may have guessed from reading the title, I'm requesting help with choosing a portable music device. I don't even know where to get started. My budget would have to be limited to under $300, though it'd be convenient to have it around the $200 mark. I'm not too experienced in this area...
