Just went to the post office to collect the vsd2s and AN16.   Out of the box, the vsd2s feels very well made, the size of the shell is nice and snug on the ears. I love the cable, its like a matte version of the KZ EDSE cable. Included tips are not that fantastic, but will make do for now...

Adam a3x/a5x would be my recommendation. Using a3x now and have yet to find any faults for them. Impressive for size/price

  Posted this in another thread, but shall post here as well~ These really sound great especially with the lune cable, and the bass is really something special. After 5 days, the bass has tightened up more, trebles not as harsh as before. I love the sound sig on these babies.

Don't get me wrong. I've tried all the demos before at jaben in Singapore, and wow. Nothing sounds like them. Really love the thumping bass and trebles on the 3.ai (when they are working). Its just that the sound gets cut out so often (even a twitch of the head) I just couldn't take it anymore...

Garbage in garbage out refers to the digital music file that you feed your DAC with. If you feed it with low res digital file (128kbps mp3), no matter how good your dac is, it will sound terrible. Using an external DAC just takes over your onboard built in DAC and amp in the motherboard.

i have the 3.ai and treid out a friend's ie80 before i bought mine. To say if you love bass, ALOT of it, get ie80. If you want nice hard hitting bass and sweet mids with smooth treble, get 3.ai
