All the goodness of these headphones is lost with the quality of the plastic. My set broke within 3-4 months of purchase. Don't get me started on Creative's service. At the price range they sell for I would go for a different brand, like Beads for example... Creative, definitely not worth your...- JCPerez

Although the sound is really good, the quality of the actual head band is SO bad that it broke within a few months. At the price these headphones are sold one should expect a significantly better quality! I would go for Bose for noise cancelling capabilities, or Beads if you are interested in...- JCPerez

Creative Headphones (Do NOT buy)
About 6 months ago I bought the $250 high-end Creative headphones. Althyough the sound is very good, the quality of the head band was SO bad that it broke within 3 months! At this price one would expect significantly better quality. My recommendation, go either for the Bose if you want noise...- JCPerez
