Thanks to some of the people in this thread and justin from HeadAmp, I'm able to enjoy listening to these headphones again after ~3 months!

About the HiFiman cable...the top of the left connector is firm while the one on the right is loose...is that supposed to be how it is? apparently they sent me another cable without me knowing but it's in the same condition as the last one     EDIT: the "connectors" i'm talking about are...

Turns out the cable they sent me has a broken connector on the right. I don't even know what to say. I guess I have to wait another month :s

Haha, yeah. I'm still new here. I've been waiting 2 months to finally use these babies :D

I finally got a new replacement cable and it seems they stopped putting 6.35mm adapters on top of the 3.5mm jack, it's now only 6.35mm.. Guess I'll have to buy an adapter :s     Edit: Suggestions? Or will any plain old adapter work well enough?

I finally received my headphones after sending them in for repair and the right driver still doesn't work -_-

Apparently when I sent my headphones back to them they shipped it to Hong Kong o.O

It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard from Head-Direct! :-(

Does HiFiMan e-mail you when they received the headphones or when they shipped them out?

Oh wow, I sent my headphones back for repair and they offered to refund me the shipping fee. I thought that was only for the recall.

If I ordered my HE-400s from HeadRoom, the warranty is still by Head-Direct, right? If so, do you think they would be able to fix my right driver issue AND update it to the latest driver (3.5)?

Would you recommend I wait for a Rev4 to happen before I try to buy another HE-400?

I tried tightening the screws on the right driver, and it didn't fix the problem...guess I'll have to return them and R3s...

Alright, I finally have time to try to fix my HE-400s. Does anyone have a little video guide or at least a small picture detailing how to rescrew the right driver?   Am I supposed to take off that pads and unscrew from there then rescrew it?
