So from what I've gathered so far, basically these are OpAmps that we wont be able to purchase, only make ourselves. Require some precise soldering and components that you wont find everywhere.   I'll try what the ebay guy sends me, I guess if I end up hating the output then I'll swap back...

Well here's one thing I don't like about the C-Media interface.. I think I might have to switch back to the old ASUS.     There is no way to adjust the individual channels. The ASUS Panel gives me the ability to adjust the level per Channel, the C-Media panel does not seem to support...
