Astell & Kern SR15: A&norma Impressions & Reviews
The placebo effect is strong, isn't it! There's absolutely no way that 200 hours of operation will turn a "crappy" sounding unit into a good one.- Dave1972

Astell & Kern SR15: A&norma Impressions & Reviews
Hmmm. I always knew that the burn-in concept was dubious at best - generally nothing more than one's ears and brain getting accustomed to the sound. But apparently, with A&K, burn-in is literal, i.e. burning into one's skin! I guess after 1-2 weeks one becomes numb to the pain.- Dave1972

Fair enough! If someone could confirm this is definitely less bright in the upper mids than the AK70 mkII I would appreciate it!- Dave1972

Astell & Kern SR15: A&norma Impressions & Reviews

A Sensational, Fantastic, And Simply Amazing New Binaural Album By Chesky!
Quote: The problem is those four tracks (10, 14, 15, 26) have been put in 4-channel containers, not 2-channel stereo ones. There's obviously been a serious error at HDTracks. I have checked these FLACs in Audacity, and channels 3 & 4 are just silent. They are very easy to fix using your...- Dave1972
