I sold my just-purchased Sundara and havnt regretted it one bit😂

For that kind of money I’d be looking at the Topping A30 Pro which has all the power you need.

Took delivery of them just before Christmas and so havnt had much time for listening…but one thing I can confidently say is that for the first time it’s really enjoyable to listen to symphonic music in headphones for me. The Fidelio X2 squeezes an entire orchestra onto something like a jazz club...

That’s good enough for me, coming from precisely the Sundara (having just sold them). I did like them, but I wanted more 😉 Linsoul have just dispatched mine too, delivery date the 27th - which is a touch optimistic probably.

They are available on Amazon.ca. The reason I keep insisting is that you list movies and games and trust me, you want the X2 over the HE400 for that. Comfort is just hands down better for longer sessions, plus they sound better :)

Get the Philips X2 instead

In Denmark, the package will probably sneak past the customs guys  All my Hifiman phones did. And my Nikons too. In fact, I only ever paid customs once in my life for an outside-EU package.

Precisely and I also own both cans.   For an open HP the X2 has plenty of bass, period.

  Got it, however, is it a bad thing though? No one would ever complain about it in relation to ordinary cd audio.

I have had X2 for almost a year now, the aluminium band has been buckling slighty for just as long and there's nothing to worry about in terms of it getting worse/affecting sound quality :)

  Basically, there's no way your cheapo Sennheiser HD202 could ever hold a candle to the X2. Simple as that. I came from the then-King-of-Midfi Hifiman HE-400 and the X2 is noticably better.   The two right pads does merit an exchange but once you get a new pair, give them a chance to grow on...

With an Iphone 6 and a Phillps X2, you're set, no need for amps and what have you.
