This happens to me too. It was fine for a long time on Windows 7 x64 but in the past few months it'll cut out 2 or 3 times a day.

Anyone else notice you can't hit a number key to switch between spaces (virtual desktops) after hitting f8 to activate it? I can setup shortcuts like command+num to switch between them but can't do f8 followed by a number to switch. Used to work in 10.5. Doesn't for me in 10.6.
