I got used unit that does not have it. wondering if it is just one long strip running from right to left through the leather of the headband? I have updated (tried both firmware) didn't notice any difference. Based on the modified date, the 20201102 has an earlier/newer date. In general, a downgrade functionally as you lose the inertial swipe function that allows you swing through songs quickly. will go back.- xnuthecaveman

i haven't installed yet but the LP site mentioned: 1. The media library is upgraded to support 12000 songs; 2. It supports folder jump to select songs; 3. Supports built-in disk and TF formatting function; 4. ID3 display information length increases; 5. Other minor bugs repair.- xnuthecaveman

Fiio X5 3rd gen || 2x AKM 4490 || Balanced Out || DSD || DXD | DTS | Android || Dual Card Slot
I used an old 5V 2A charger for my X5iii :) this is the same as PC outlet. you can try to check the bose manual to confirm if it uses 5V, if yes, it should be fine. but it would take a while.- xnuthecaveman

1. remove the two screws underneath / beside the usb port 2. remove the back cover (bottom sliding out first) as there is guide lock in the cover. this is a bit tricky and you have to be careful as the battery is glued and you have to move opposite the guide lock with FORCE and you might rip...- xnuthecaveman
