At what point are headphones no longer worth their price tag?
I agree with you, but then again, people buy all kinds of crap for status and aesthetics. Hell my friend dropped $2k for a MacBook Pro just because he thought it looked nice. To them, it's worth it. Quote:- iheartbass

Getting "called-out" for not wearing the Beats
Any head-fi member who purchases Beats should be ashamed, there's an abundance of quality cans that will give you everything the beats have and more for much less. That said, they ain't the worse thing to happen to audio. They are great headphones for lots of mainstream music. No...- iheartbass

Headphone girls, interesting
It's not the community that looks down on it, I would say it's people in general. It's just way too silly and high-tempo to be taken seriously. Quote:- iheartbass

Headphone girls, interesting
Wow, no offense, but I doubt most people drop that kinda money to hear "loli-core", if it's what you like that's fine, but I guess I agree with Morbid. Is everything with the suffix "-core" gonna be super high tempo, 4/4, and plain impossible to dance to?- iheartbass

Dubstep Headphones
Check out the TMA-1, very tight and deep bass, equally powerful and defined mids, and slightly recessed highs. They are LOUD, like enough to feel the cups vibrate playing out an iPod/iPhone, but no distortion and very tight. Perfect for dubstep and any edm really.- iheartbass

AIAIAI TMA-1: A Love-Hate Story
I'm blown away by how efficient the TMA-1 are. They don't need an amp at all but reviews such as http://www.head-fi.org/products/aiaiai-tma-1/reviews/4519(Which I agree with 99%) have me feeling like im missing out a little. What are your thoughts?- iheartbass

AIAIAI TMA-1: A Love-Hate Story
Quote: I've been listening to to them full blast ,via iPhone 4, and they sound amazing with edm. Seriously. With a proper seal, pressure placement, and full volume it becomes clear to me why they were designed for djs (Which I thought was ridiculous considering the fit I had before the...- iheartbass

Quote: That BS man, I don't see why they are taking so long... I'm actually in love right now. Now that the comfort issue is gone I plan on editing my OP and writing a review this week. I don't blame you at all MT. I read the forums EXTENSIVELY before buying these and very few people complained of comfort issues. You were such a good sport that I couldn't bring myself to ask for a refund.- iheartbass

AIAIAI TMA-1: A Love-Hate Story
Hello fellow Head-Fiers! I've had the AIAIAI TMA-1's for a few days now and while it was love at first sight once I actually moved in with them, and had a chance to spend some time together, things got really uncomfortable. I'll start by listing the good, followed by the ugly. These...- iheartbass
