hey, that might be a dumb question, but how would they compare to a pair of HD580, especially treble wise.

I walk with my Etys, the cable is not that bad actually. But as everyone pointed out, at that bitrate it will be unbearable.

well, I listen mostly to Blues/Rock, but I also have Pop, Jazz, Rock, Classical.. pretty much everything. thing is, the TF10 seem to stick out quite a bit, even more than my former Etys. Does the Hornet improve the highs on the Shures?

Just wait till your Hornet reaches about 200 hours of use. I didn't notice a lot of changes right out of the box, but after 200 hours, the Hornet is really wonderful.

I was already quite interesed in getting a pair of Sensa, but this really convinced me to take some T2Pro. Hopefully in a month or two I'll be able to take them.

I still don't get the difference between the T2i adn T2Pro. What makes them more for the consumer market then the T2Pro ? Just a "choice of cable and color" ?

Finally, I might be willing to let my Etys go for something that has good highs as well bass.

same problem here. I've had my 580 for 5 years or so and went through 3 cables, and will be changed again in a few weeks. Right now I'm really thinking I'll get an upgrade cable, like a Carda.

I use my HD-580 when playing. They might be a little expensive if only used for gaming, but they're incredible: it's a wallhack, you can pin point someone with his footsteps (talking about any kind of fps with footsteps)

Well from what I understood, ACS was actually making these IEMs, even though they were exactly the same made by Sensaphonics. This is why I wonder whether Sensaphonics designed these new IEMs or ACS

Consumer or pro version doesn't really tell us what's different about the sound. I'm also wondering if Sensa will follow in that direction, or if ACS started making their own IEM (based on Sensaphonics technology obviously)

and which one is the 2X-S or T2X-S? they could put more information than just "T2i is a consumer version and T2PRO is a professional version". I tried mailing them twice, they don't seem very eager to answer... this doesn't really make me trust them with a 500 GBP purchase.

Any more thoughts on this? I'm leaning towards Hornet + HD-650, because neither Sensa nor ACS answered my questions :/
