Earphone problem. (Right speaker louder then Left)
They look really similar to some Sony earbuds I have, though I can't be sure since I don't remember the model name. I've never experienced such a problem, but since you've kept them clean & tidy it seems like they're probably giving up because of age. My pair has a different problem, the cord...- radagast85

Thanks for the great info guys, I really appreciate it. As for the strange ear canals, I guess it's pretty common, for instance if I use a medium silicon for my right ear and push it as deep as I do with a small one I get way less isolation... go figure.- radagast85
