Both my Custom 3's and my Image X10's have failed me (within 2 months of each others) and it's time to move on. I love the Klipsch oval ear pieces and have a ton of them, and was thinking about getting a pair of the Phonak 012's. The Klipsch oval tips seem to fit me the best of any I've tried...
