I tried the amp bottlehead crack with speedball Upgrade, gave a reasonable result, little sharp in a high, and a little lacking in mid.   I wonder how this amp without the upgrade, the next step to try out the BETA22.

I tried the DARKVOICE 336i with upgraded capacitors and some other things, the result was really not good. Maybe i will check whether original version is more suitable for headphones, the CIAUDIO amp was much better.   Other suggestions? AMB BETA 22, two boards version work well?

Recently I purchased DT880 Headphones 250 Ohm versions,   I tried with them CI AUDIO VHP•1 amplifier, the soundstage was very impressive. But the result was bright and sharp.   Which amplifiers do you recommend to use with these headphones?

DavidMahler, after reading the review I decided to purchase the DT880.   Is undoubtedly better than the headphone AKG K240.   My version is the 250 ohm, what headphone amplifier can recommend up to $ 500?   With a warm sound, a big stage, and with a little bold bass.
