iBasso IT01 a fun IEM. Single multilayered graphene driver. !! 99 USD !!

Can anyone here compare the IT01 to Trinity Icarus III, Vyrus, or the PMV A-01 Mk 2? The hype on this IEM is tempting and they look super ergonomic, but I'm not sure they offer anything over my current collection.

    Earbuds Round-Up

That looks identical to the TY F32MT that Penon sells.

REVIEW: Vivo Xplay 3S + XE800 Mobile audio perfection

Price is going up on these... Rillpac sold them for $16 a few months ago, now they're $30. Anyone speculation why the price might be going up for such an old item?

    Tennmak

(talking about the Pros btw) Exactly! I wasn't sure at first, but I tried checking with balance setting on my player as well as flipping the earpieces. Very disappointing :/

Has anyone here had a problem with the left channel having less volume and almost no sub-bass? I've already tried pulling and reconnecting the cable. Possible QC issue?

    Seeking a unicorn... ATH-AD700/Philips HP910 signature in a portable headphone? ~$50-100

Hi head fi! I'm looking for a semi-portable, open or closed, durable headphone with a WIDE and DEEP soundstage, similar to ATH-AD700/Philips HP910 as possible.   Unfortunately, these headphones are just too big and delicate for constant travel. In IEMs, I also enjoy the VSD3 and Zero Tenore...

There seem to be at least 2 different Havi B3 casings. One has a grey, inset bevel. The other has a black, protruding bevel.   http://img04.taobaocdn.com/bao/uploaded/i4/1849425713/T2r2qrXvhXXXXXXXXX_!!1849425713.jpg...

    JVC HA-FXZ 100/200

For replacement tips, are the Meelectronics M11 eartips (http://www.meelec.com/MEElectronics_Original_Eartips_for_M11_Earphones_p/tipset10-m11-bk-mee.htm) the the best bet for the FXZ100? Are there any other styles of meelec eartips that fit well on the FXZ100?

What sounds similar to the FXD80(fast and deep bass, detailed, sparkling highs) but isn't an FXD80? I've tried the Brainwavz R1 but they sound muffled in comparison. Maybe a Vsonic offering?

    JVC's Micro HD Line: HA-FXD80/70/60

For those of you using these with comply tips, how do you keep the ports from getting filled with ear crud? And once it's in there.. how do you remove it? I've tried digging it out with a pin but I'm pretty sure most of it is just getting pushed into the driver.

++PORTABLE/IEM RECOMMENDATIONS THREAD++ i.e. Don't start a new thread: ask for advice HERE! [Please read OP]

Hilo! I'm currently enjoying a pair of JVC HA-FX40's. They're very clear and have amaazing bass, but they sound somewhat thin in the midrange. I want to upgrade to either: VSonic GR06, Sony MDREX310LP, or Brainwavz R1. I mainly listen to EDM/garage, acoustic stuff like Iron and Wine, and...

++ FULL-SIZE HEADPHONE RECOMMENDATIONS THREAD++ CLOSED: Please post a thread in the Introductions, Help and Advice forum

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on a pair of headphones. My previous headphones are Sennheiser HD485s and Phillips HP910s. I prefer the sound and comfort (velvet pads <3) of the HP910s. Since I don't have a great vocabulary for these things, I'll cite someone else's description of their sound...
