I have a pair of old Klipsch Custom 1 IEMs. I love them, but recently the left earphone is constantly losing sound. I have to turn the jack a certain way for sound the come through. Also, there is a constant background static noise.    Is there a cheap way to fix this?

How in the world do you use these wax loops? I have some Klipsch Custom 1s that came with a wax loop and I have no idea how to go about using it. Is it made to clean out the wax from inside of your ear or to clean the wax from the actual earphone? (btw, I experimented by sticking the wax...
