Fashon isn't really a BIG concern, as long as they're not completely dorky, I think it's alright. Size may be the only concern there. The RP21s seem a little too chunky. The Fischers seem like a good choice, though.   Quote:

Those Grados look like they wouldn't take too much of a beating. I dislike to admit it, but this IS going to be my portable rig, it's going to get banged up. Would I need an amp with the HD 25-1s? If so, any suggestions? The D2+ came today. Oh the difference that quality makes!

After some quick comparing, I think I may fork our for the HD25-1 II's as well, as reviews that I've seen make them seem pretty much perfect for what I need them for.
