Funny nobody mentions the FutureSonics Atrio M5's

REVIEW: WESTONE 3, the ULTIMATE UNIVERSAL IEM vs everything else

Damnit! why do I have to read this! Now I'm in doubt again... Right now I have the Atrio M5's, which I enjoy very much and consider the best IEM's I've ever owned. How does the bass compare of the W3 vs the Atrio M5? I love the "warm" soundstage the Atrio's provide, do the W3 also give this...

I recommend listening to "Massive Attack - Unfinished Sympathy" at least once. The bass is incredible!

I bought the Shure Olives at the same time I ordered my M5's and after first trying out the flanges, I was glad I bought the Olives. Makes a huge difference and haven't noticed the muffeled sound that Mansize_tissue mentioned. Maybe the overall sound gets a bit darker because you have a much...

    Futuresonics Atrio M5

when I opened the package and inserted the M5's with the standard tips I was very very VERY dissapointed! My first thought, are THESE the praised (bass) IEMs?... Then I placed the (medium) Shure Olvies on them (ordered with the Atrio's) and start playing "DMX - Get At Me Dog"... !!! SWEET...

    Futuresonics Atrio M5

Well I just ordered mine from Handheld.co.uk and they will be shipping them today! I had some trouble with the CC on the site, but after calling them they helped me right away and in a very friendly way, big thumbs up! I also ordered the Shure Olives Medium and can't wait to test them out...

    Futuresonics Atrio M5

Ok, can you at least answer this question please? When looking at this picture, can the M5's be inserted even deeper into the ear?

Thank you for your answer. Well I'm using the CX300's now and am (allready) pretty happy with them (guess I'm easily satisfied), so I think the M5's are allready a fantastic upgrade (from what I've read...) I've asked in the M5 thread if someone is willing to post another picture while...

    Futuresonics Atrio M5

Hi all, After browsing the boards for a while I think my next purchase will be the Atrio M5's or the E530's. From what I've read the bass is the strongest on the M5's, so I'm leaning more towards those, BUT the looks... Could anyone be so kind to post a picture of the M5's inserted in...

Ok, how would you compare the E530's to the Atrio's when it comes to bass? I have a feeling I should buy the Atrio's... just have to get myself over the "looks" part...

UE triple fi 10 and shure se530

As a bass-head, which of these 2 give a deeper (impact/sub) bass? I have a feeling it's the Shure's. I'm currently using the CX300's and looking to upgrade. I know both are a solid upgrade, but I know, while both will give me a far more accurate/detailed bass, I will still be dissapointed if...

    Sleek SA6

Right now I'm using the SH CX300's because of the amount of bass they produce. I guess that's the most important thing for me and I'm willing to sacrifice the mids/highs/quality for that. Now my next question, what kind/amount of bass do these iem's produce comparable to the CX300's? I also...

    Short wire models?

What about the Denon AH-C551 or AH-C751? From what I've read the C351 have great bass, which, for a bass-head like me would be a big plus.
