I've played competitive FPS for nigh on 10 years now. The Mad Dog's have more than enough soundstage and positioning queues are easy to get used to in modern titles (BF3/4 for me now). FWIW I use a Schiit stack.- saedrin

**MrSpeakers Mad Dog: Impressions and Discussion Thread**
My Mad Dog's showed up yesterday. Very impressive. The isolation and comfort is really a step beyond anything I've tried before. And the sound is just.. lovely. Less shrill at the top compared to my A900's, which is a nice change.- saedrin

Recommendations for a PC-centric DAC & Headphone Amp
Greetings all, I've been using a set of JVC HA-RX900's paired with an Onkyo TX-SR606 receiving audio from my PC's onboard SPDIF/TOSLINK output. I just recently picked up a pair of AT ATH-A900X's to replace my headphones and I'd like to remove the Onkyo receiver from the equation as well. ...- saedrin
