hmm, it might be your ear wax xP, when i first got my ue11 they were perfect but once in a while i had to move it aorund or wait for it to get a seal, I found out it was due to my wax, I had my ears clenaed and have ketp it clena since, ever since that I have been having perfect seals right off...
