    Some custom RCA interconnects I made.       Rean (NYS352G) connectors, Canare Starquad (L-4E5C) cable and Para-max cord sleeving.

    They just pull off by stretching them a little to the outside and then out. There are 3 small phillips screws to take off the speaker portion.

    Before.   TRS Jack from Parts Express. I used some 0.060" aluminum for extra support of the jack.   Now I can use any custom cable I make with a 3.5mm TRS!!
