Review by 'preferred user' on item 'Sennheiser HD 280 Headphones'
I'm not an experienced headphone enthusiast so there could be better product for similar $$ but I would think any difference would be spiting hairs sound wise or preferences I like the Senns sound anyway . After trying a few sub $200.00 phones in the stores on crappy sources I decided...- preferred user

*Comparison and Review* Magni/Modi vs O2/ODAC
Let us know if you buy the Schiit (or whatever ) I got my inexpensive Schiit Magni 2 today and it's a significant upgrade from my inexpensive Asus Xonar DGX Discrete PCIe sound card with a built in headphone amp ......... I might try the Schiit Modi 2 or the Modi 2 Uber DAC also !- preferred user

Sennheiser HD280 Creaking
old thread in case you are subscribed this this thread and they still squeak . If you spray it with silicone maybe ? Or I'm sure Sennheiser would exchange them within the 2 yr warranty .- preferred user

Sennheiser HD 280 Pro to 380 upgrade, is it worth it?
I have the HD280 and after long break in (months of use )I wouldn't call them bass light at all they have decent bass in fact they destroy my KRK KNS 8400 bass wise KRK are bass light and shrill imo by comparison. I'm just wondering is the isolation *as good * and the bass/treble and...- preferred user
