I'm really liking the Aful Performer 8. Not the most amount of bass, but very detailed and I like the soundstage. I listen mostly to bands like Opeth, Lorna Shore, In Flames, Avatar, Meshuggah. Then again, I dont have lots of experience with other IEM's. My previous was Westone UM2-RC

Have you also tried more expensive iem's? I sometimes see some very cheating iem's wilt multiple BA's and a DD for about 60€, and I really have my doubts if an earphone with that complexity at such a low price can be any good in sound and robustness. But I could be completely wrong of course...

Yay! My 3m Claire HPC Mk2 for my Hifiman HE400i has arrived! One quick question though... How do I know which is the left connection and which is the right? One connection has a green "A" in the FAW logo, is that left or right? I will post pictures later, don't worry :P
