I talked with the distributor today, they attribute the problem to the quality of the Cable. Since my setup is below: Phone > OTG Adapter (USB-C to USB) > Cable (USB to Micro) The distributor says they see alot of problem with USB styled headset, and many just have bad connections. How about upgrade your damage IEM at Unique Melody. I have 530 which isn't damage, but pondering whether worth the upgrade to 6 or 8 driver. Can't find any decent review on it.... The sound would be unique to your IEM, it will be unlike anything on the market. But don't know if you...- piepie22
