    Agreed. Lcdx sounded better to me for the majority of songs I demoed, which were all metal/rock/edm. I'd imagine clear is better for more other genres

    I should also note the clear mg still sounded absolutely amazing. Lcdx just sounded a bit better.

    The place I went to demo actually didn't have the clear og, but had the clear mg instead. After demoing a few of the same songs on both (alternating back and forth between them), lcdx sounded overall better to me. At that point I was comfortable making my decision. Sure, it wasn't the og...

    That is true. I really like the stock tonality and different EQs definitely sound better on some genres than others (and tracks within them, etc). Overall, I love the stock tonality but find it could definitely benefit from at least some extra bass. It's so punchy, lush, and nice
