Also, I've found that by tilting the headband a little forward I get a better fit.  I think it's because the front of my head is a little smaller and flatter.  Anyway, something to try out.

I've always been told that warming up is important to any sort of activity if you want to perform at your best and not injure yourself. (and as a 20-year-old with arthritis I take this to heart.) As anyone who's been floating in the audiophile community the same holds true for headphone...
