My wife uses the Power Beats at the gym.  She loves them, they dont fall out and sound great.  I have the Jaybirds.  Fantastic sounding as well, and they come with different sized ear lobe clips to help prevent them from falling out.  Either one is a great buy.

Picked them up at best buy for $86 including tax.  Regular price is $200.  I think they sound fantastic.  Great bass and crisp mids/highs.

In ears hurt my ears. I prefer on ear, they are much more comfortable IMHO and sound better as well IMHO. 

I would contact Vmoda.........with the receipt and serial number, I think they would honor your repairs.  Ive heard great things about Vmoda and their warranty department.
