Hello,   I'm getting my ear impressions soon, so  I'm going to clear my ears before getting it done. I have been browsing and many websites suggest that cleaning ears by putting a few drops of baby oils in each ear to help clear out built up hard ear wax. Is that true? Has anyone tried it?

Hi Lil'Fish   Can you guys remould the Er4p? Will it badly affect the sound quality? I contacted Um and got told that they can remould the er4p, but the sound quality will be poor.

No reply yet from unique melody Australia. Maybe they are on holiday.

I hope they do Er-4p, all I can do now is wait
