The LA7000 & LCD-2 get my vote for amazing bass.

Kind of a moot point now, but I love my Meier Concerto + LA7000 combo.

I don't suppose someone who wasn't impressed with these wants to send them on for someone else to try :P

If someone has a spare set of cups that fit the D7000 and want to send me, I can give this a shot with my fully modded LA7000's (Luthier Tonewood cups).

Anything by Infected Mushroom, very high quality recordings and they cover a huge range of things to listen for (imaging, detail etc.).

The HD555 can be modded into a 595 very easily. I would recommend them for the price and your needs.

My LA7000's have amazing bass, very deep and impactful. Infected Mushroom's 'Cities of the Future' sounds incredible.

Just wondering if any other pads will fit the Denons. I have J$ pads at the moment, but find them rather uncomfortable.

How is the isolation/leaking for the Ax00 series?

I'm in the market for some good cans for office use. It's an open floor plan and I need to be able to hear when people want to talk to me, but I also don't want to have my music leaking out & annoying those around me.   Requirements:  Must be circumaural (I cannot stand supra headphones)...
