I'd like to get a nice portable player that I can store files from my itunes, mostly AIF, Apple Lossless and some MP3. Also now I use TIDAL for most new music so offline storage from TIDAL is a must. Something that sounds great, holds a lot of storage and just works without a bunch of hassle...

I am thinking of buying this.  I probably would not use the balanced output since I have multiple headphones I would use as well as using it quite a bit via 1/8" connection in my vehicle.  Would I be better off getting the pioneer player if I was never going to use the balanced output? 

I found them to be rude also.  I would avoid dealing with them again.  They don't offer any good deals and rude service and no support for what they sell why shop there.  I'd get it at B&H photo/video. I've bought lots of stuff from these guys and they are great and if there is a deal possible...

If you were going into xeo 3 wouldn't you be better using the digital out on the dx50? If you go analog then you are just adding another digital conversion the xeo 3 accepts digital amd analog inputs.

Can you put playlists in order into the AK100?  I normally make a playlist of ordered songs and every couple days add them to my iPod.  I am wondering if this is possible with the AK100?  Does it take a long time to load the files?  The ipod does it pretty quickly on my system
