The Z2 DAC is the same as the SGS5 Snapdragon Vers. Plus, Z2 has the "Hi Res Audio via USB" function which allows use any USB DAC directly, without the need to use USB Audio Player Pro. And is overall better. Better Camera, better screen... For me Z2 wins.

Fidelio X1 is a good option to use at home, although I like a more balanced sound and they are more like U shaped. But what I really need is a headphone which I can use at home, at the office and at the bus/subway etc. So a closed back is mandatory.
