Yes, I checked the battery.  It is definately a defective build.  

I purchased on O2 from a builder in England, and it stopped working after only a few hours use.   I assume I cannot mention the builder by name since they are a sponsor here at HF.  The builder is not returning my emails.  

So, he was a con-man. No joke. I lost a couple K on that deal. The guy scammed me, and at least 3 other people. The thing that really nags at me is that it is possible it would not have happed but for Audiogon's policy of moderating feedback. I contacted Audiogon, and to me they seem utterly...

For me the headphone of the night was the Koss ESP-950. Smooth, quick and nimble. Deadly accurate, but very musical. Listening to Miles Davis on this phone was so "there" that I thought I could smell the smoke in the room. Who knew Koss knew how to make great phones? Not me. Another great...
