hi. im looking for a DAP under 200 dollars. i currently have a ipod touch 4th gen for my portable music player. looking for a new one that plays FLAC files cause i have heard that the sound quality of FLAC files are  the best. 

i just read in it one of the reviews that cowon is a good low budget DAP.

my budget for my DAP is just 200-250 dollars. can you recommend DAPs that i should buy? my budget for a headphone amp is 100-150 dollars. thank you for the help.
