Ferrum Oor with Hypsos is the best solid state amplifier I have heard! Really love the sound with my beloved Expanse that I ended up getting one after having the chance to try at the headphone store.

Out of pro ican signature, violectric v550 and oor with hypsos, expanse really shines with oor with hypsos. The dynamics and the openness sound that oor provides synergizes well with the expanse. Ended up buying a pair after getting the chance to try at the headphone store.

Thanks. With regards to the ear placement, I have read manual before using the Expanse. The sound now is a little bit more airy and is spreading further now in left and right. Will continue to listen more and see if it will change further.

Really loving the Expanse. Just got mine last Saturday and although I believe this is not fully burned in but right now, every song I played just sounds right and is very detailed while having all that body. It is more detailed than my HE1000 v1.
