Here is an opportunity to own a unique ZMF Verite Closed headphone in which there will only ever be one of its kind. This headphone was released in ZMF's December 2021 stabilized batch. Named after a lake in Finland, the impressive patterns on this headphone can resemble shifting waves, or even angelic wings.

It is a veritable work of art and a collector's item given the incredible level of care and craftsmanship of the ZMF team. This set is built from a magnesium chassis and features the new ZMF crescent pad which makes it incredibly comfortable to wear for extended listening sessions.

Selling this set is extremely hard for me. I honestly hope this headphone sells fast because the temptation to change my mind and keep this set is strong. I will miss this set dearly, but at this point it deserves to be in the hands of someone who will use and enjoy it more regularly than I do.

As with all stabilized sets, the headphones come with 3 different solid pads: Auteur Lambskin, Universe Lambskin and BE2 Lambskin. Included in this is a 4th set, which are installed on the headphones already (BE2 Hybrid). Inside the wooden box is the Universe pads, and in the small plastic pad pouch are the Auteur lambskins (wrapped in red paper) and the BE2 lamb solids.

Also included is a leather cable case with a ZMF stock 6.35mm cable and the OFC ZMF cable with 4 pin XLR termination. Headphone stand and custom Viking cable (purple cable in some of the photos) not included.

Listed price already includes shipping and PayPal fees. I will only accept PayPal and will only ship to the United States. No trades.

I was the first to agree to buy this set for the listed price - OP tried to fetch a higher price by pitting against a higher counter-offer from a supposed second party that messaged him minutes after me. Pulling out.

Counter-party is getting the set at the listed price. Thank you for your interest.

In case Admins want to check, I can send the PayPal invoice as proof.

Anyway - set is sold! Thank you all for your interest!

Speaking of counter-parties....I'll beat the buyer's offer 😜 ... joking....not.
Every ZMF November Zach makes nicer and nicer units. The price of these is basically retail but you have no additional ownership protection. One failed driver and you'll be over MSRP to fix it as it's $250 per repair for second hand owners. Much better off waiting until November and getting a new unit that's just as nice.

I wouldn't say nicer, but definitely different :) For example, there was a set in the batch before the one I got this one that I was dying to get (I believe it was called Mare Nostrum) and in my opinion was even more beautiful than this one. That unit flew off the website so fast, I couldn't even get to the checkout cart in time. It was a miracle I even got this unit, lol.

There was also a sick red one named Volcanis or something back in early 2021 that was utterly breathtaking. Every piece is unique, and I imagine it gets more and more challenging to come up with new and unique designs that don't too closely resemble past stabilized sets.

Good luck in your search! They really are precious works of art :)

Yup. These are the nicest example of a Stabilized I've ever seen in the used market. For the price I'd rather spend a bit more money and have the lifetime warranty though.

While this holds truth,
many stabilized sets don't turn out to be exactly how they're pictured when there listed on ZMF's site. Also, many people end up with their second or worst, third choice because of how quick they sell. So my logic is to purchase one that I definitely like and that is well taken care of while skipping the wait time.

But definitely understand the warranty aspect of purchasing second hand.

I agree. I really loved the Koa VC that’s pictured on ZMF’s site but in reality I’ve never seen any units that actually look like that. To me they look like Sapele or Monkeypod with very little deviation from a stock unit but you’re paying LTD prices.

This of course is no fault of ZMF but the reality of making wood headphones.
