Up for sale are my Stax SR-007 MK1. This is the MK1 version, which most people prefer to the later variants. Serial number is SZ1-1587, which denotes these as a late MK1 version. Original manufacturing certificate shows build date of 03/09/03. Adorned in the classic champagne finish with brown pads, the MK1 variant rarely pops up for sale. These have been my dream headphones since I entered this hobby over 10 years ago. It has been a pleasure to own them and I am sad to let them go. After putting together a speaker system they just do not get any listening time.
Condition is fantastic. There is not a single scratch or blemish in the metal. The pads are in great shape, and the headband still has good elasticity. Original flight case is included.
