Selling a great pair of ZMF Verite Closed Monkeypod w/Mg chassis. Comes with wooden case,ZMF stock cable 1/4” end, Auteur Lambskin ear pads and Universal Suede ear pads. VC will spoil you and you won’t like any other headphone post it. Pair it with nice tube amp and a good R2R DAC and get lost in music for good.

What are some amp/dac combos are you referring to specifically? I'm in the market to buy and would help alot if you can name a few :)

If the VC is similar to other ZMFs, the Woo Audio WA2 and WA22 amps are good choices at mid- and upper-tier price points. If you are budget-constrained, the Feliks Audio Echo is a good option, but the upward leap in quality from the Echo to the WA2 is substantial.

I use a WA2 with the ZMF Eikon and Auteur with amazing results, as do quite a few other members here.

R2R ladder DACs from Schiit, Denafrips, and others have been popular with those amps (I use a Schiit Gungnir Multibit that I love).

Check out the ZMF Verité main string (either the open or closed headphone edition) for more details. The Woo Audio WA2 and WA22 amp strings are also helpful.
