This Beezar Audio built ECP Walnut 5 is a very special DAC, as anyone familiar with ECP Audio will know. This is the DAC for analog source lovers - it renders a sweet, naturally warm, smooth yet detailed sound. It does this in two ways: 1. by using ECP's famous analog stage and buffer, and 2. by using Wolfson's flagship WM8741 DAC chip.

Check out the gorgeous Walnut burl! This is a very special piece of wood; most Walnut DACs don't look quite like this. Like most ECP products, and in keeping with their philosophy, this unit features minimalist I/O: one USB input, and one set of XLR outputs.

This unit is in 8/10 (at least!) condition. Visually, as well as aurally, it's a true gem. The small footprint makes it easy to fit into any system (and look so pretty while doing it). Comes with an Apache 3800 hard-case that makes safe transport a breeze! Unfortunately I need to make some tough choices to fund an unexpected want (huge VAC tube monoblocks I can't really afford, for the main system - my dealer is a Sith lord), and though I'd much rather keep this amazing DAC, I need to let it go. That said, I have no intensions of a fire sale here. If it doesn't fetch a reasonable price I'll happily keep it.

Comes with hard case and DAC. No USB or XLR cables included. I can find a stock power cord to throw in - if you need one, let me know.
