Up for sale is a Focal Utopia OG that was purchased from an authorized Focal dealer (Addicted to Audio) on 30 August 2022 while in New Zealand. This was used about twice then put away in the box. It still has active warranty until August 2024 and I believe it gets a free extra year extension through Focal. Will come with warranty pdf and original receipt of purchase .

It's in absolute mint pristine condition, as it hasn't really been used. I have taken off the pads to check for 'goop' problem and it is not present at all in this model. I have traveled to Florida with it in my suitcase and a bottle bumped up against the front of the box during travel, so has made a bit of marks there.
