For sale is a very special piece of gear - a Glenn OTL amp. I am only selling this one because I bought a 2nd Glenn OTL. This one has 4 tubes - a 3DG4/5U4G rectifier, 2x 6AS7/6080 and one 6SN7 or equivalents.

It is a bombastic sound, a little rough around the edges compared to my Stratus but very visceral and impactful (it pairs really well with ZMF and Sennheisers, particularly the 800).

This is very sensitive to tube rolling and I've found it takes a lot of rolling to find a silent combo. My price is $1550 net shipped without tubes, or I will include the following tubes for an additional $100:

Sylvania 6SN7

To be clear, it does NOT include all the tubes pictured (ie. the Blue Sophia rectifier is not included in the sale) nor the Herbies tube dampers. I've uploaded 3 pics at the end of the tubes it could optionally include (the pics without the Derbies tube dampers), which I've found to be quite silent. But I want to be clear that neither of my Glenns are what I would call dead silent. It's highly tube-dependent and it's not an issue when music is playing, but it doesn't have the same blackground as the Stratus (or a solid state for that matter).

I strongly prefer local pickup in the SoCal area and would knock $50 off the price for a local sale. You could even come listen to it. I will prioritize local sales over shipping but I am willing to ship this in CONUS.
