Hey @treys1, cool build! Are there any written comparisons, impressions, or other insight into what these guys sound like?

Thanks!

I added a graph comparing them to Elegia. You can see that they have a slightly fuller bottom end and a less mid-forward curve than the Elegia, and being open back they are MUCH more spacious sounding. I am also a huge fan of these Titanium drivers once I changed the filters paper on the rear of the driver and went with a lighter density.

Detail is fantastic and the drivers are pretty quick. The sound overall is nicely balanced and the bass is tight but present.

As for the drivers, they have a 110dB sensitivity so they are very easy to drive and sound great even with that USB-C dongle. :)

Noticing this as well as your last listing, do all your builds have similar specs or are there some with different characteristics?

Hey, sorry I missed this. They are similar-ish... For example, the drivers in these are a bit brighter and faster than the Peerless, where as the Peerless have a more full / warm sound. Both sound great, but these would be considered a little more analytical.

I swapped the drivers in these, so updated the listing and swapped the frequency response graph.

Here is a version on Aliexpress that supports 70mm drivers. Wont be as good as a profit with cheap $20 per pair Peerless 50mm drivers but still interesting!

To that point, I have tried several drivers in these and for 300ohm I like the Huayunxin Beryllium 50mm drivers (I have sets with these at my house and cabin) but for 32ohm, even though the Peerless drivers are not costly they sound great.
