Converts 4.4mm 5-pole plug to universal 6.3mm 3-pole plug.
This is the strongest specification that uses the best parts currently available.
Both 6.3mm 3-pole plug and 4.4mm 5-pole jack are made by Nippon Dix.
Internal wiring is Amtrans gold-plated OFC single wire.
The solder is Wako Technical SR-4NCu.
All sound paths are made of gold-plated copper, minimizing changes and deterioration in sound quality.
XLR 4-pin to 4.4mm TRRRS (balanced) US$120
Description by E4UA:
Converts a 4.4mm 5-pole plug to an XLR 4-pole plug.
Deterioration in sound quality is kept to a minimum by using only high-quality parts.
The latest and strongest design using the highest quality parts possible with E4UA.
The XLR 4-pole plug uses NEUTRIK's NC4MX-HD, which uses stainless steel parts, is heavy, and can be expected to have a vibration damping effect.
The 4.4mm 5-pole jack uses a Pentaconn relay jack made by Nippon Dix, and the 2-point contact ensures high quality for a long time without contact failure.
For the very short internal wiring, I used Muto Seisakusho Augline + PT stranded wire on the signal side and Oyaide Electric's 4N pure silver stranded wire on the GND.
Connected with a very small amount of acoustic solder (Wako Technical SR-4NCu).
