I've used it with a variety of speakers including Zu Druid Mk IV and Pure Audio Project Duet15.
Had power to spare with those and sounded excellent IMO. Volume knob at maybe 10 o'clock.
Obviously you need high efficiency speakers. Stereophile puts them in their Class A category for speaker amps.

So yeah. really nice with efficient speakers.
Kinda kicks butt as a headphone amp also, but I guess you already know that.
