Selling my STAX SRM-323S in good condition.

It powers my SR-L700 great, but is looking for a new home since I bought a Mjölnir amp and don't need both.

It is powered by 230V without the need for an external transformer.

Shipping to be agreed upon with buyer. Pickup in the Netherlands would be ideal!

Curious, how did this compare to the Mjonlnir amp?
I'm not one of those people who can describe in a lot of detail how specific frequencies sound different when switching gear, etc. Especially because audio memory is notoriously unreliable, and in this case A/B-ing the amps meant turning one off, disconnecting the cables, connecting them to the other amp, unplugging the headphones from one amp, plugging them back into the other one, adjusting the knob to get as close to volume-matched as possible, etc.

The main reason I got the Mjölnir is because I wanted balanced inputs to get rid of ground loops, plus extra oomph to go from the L700 to the less sensitive Nectar HiveX (and later STAX-007). It delivered on all of that, plus it looks super sexy and everything sounds great. :)

The only thing I needed to do was to adjust the offset and bias on the Mjölnir, since at first there would be occasional static / crackling sounds. But Birgir was super helpful over email and helped me figure everything out.
