Included are the Dekoni LE Focal Stellia Pads in like new condition and a nicely burned in 5ft Silver Dragon V3 Cable for Focal headphones.

The Dekoni LE Focal Stellia Pads change the tonality and expand the soundstage quite a bit. Treble is also a bit more forward than before, this makes for an interesting combo with the Focal Clears.
