In excellent condition. All accessories (3 cables, carrying case, etc) as when purchasing new. Also included are three pairs of OEM pads (one pair recently installed, two pairs still in bag -- see photos). Original pads are also included but have darkened in color after being cleaned.

I would very much prefer to sell everything to one person. Not interested in selling the new pads separately right now.

Headband is in great shape as I have kept it covered with an aftermarket cover (also included -- see photo). There are some slight creases in the headband material due to the cover being installed the entire time I've had the headphone, but this is something that I'm sure will ease over time.
