LISTING RETRACTED
Hi folks, cancelling this listing. I've decided it can't hurt to have a TOTL pair of headphones for when the headphone itch strikes me again.

Hi friends,

I regret to announce that after over a decade, I am leaving the headphone hobby to finance other endeavors. As such, I am selling all my accumulated gear. For sale here is a Dan Clark Stealth at significantly off current market price!

Summary: The Dan Clark Stealth is a headphone most renown for its precise adherence to the Harman Target Curve.

Price Details:
  • Purchased for $4000+tax
  • Current classifieds/market price is $2800-2900
  • Yours for $2349 via PayPal F&F, or $2449 via PayPal.
    • S&H included, insurance optional additional
    • Shipping outside the US may cost more.
Accessories included:
  • Original Carrying Case
  • Original Cable (2.5mm)
Disclosure:
  • The original cable has some mild fuzzing at areas where I used a velcro cable tie below. Nothing that would affect the structural integrity.

I’m still blown away that no one purchased these for the price you were asking.

IKR. My only theory is that it's nearing Christmas so people are holding back on big purchases for themselves. I can't think of anything else that makes sense. The funny thing is a pair just sold on US Audio Mart a couple weeks ago for $500 more than he was asking. I'm actually kinda glad that he decided to keep them rather than keep dropping the price because they're worth more than he was asking already.

I wanted to buy, but unfortunately have to sell my own stuff first. Probably all for the better, since Expanse would fit my preferences better with its elevated bass.

Yeah I’m guessing it was due to being so close to the holidays and people having already spent their money on gifts or waiting to see what deals they could get with Black Friday. I noticed the same thing when trying to sell stuff around this time last year.
What ever the reason, I agree with you, glad they were taken off the market before before being sold for anything lower than an already crazy deal.
Hope @tusing enjoys them for a while more and is able to find a buyer when the time comes down the road.
