Hey,

If you're interested in a little diy, it's very easy to glue the old o-ring back together. I've used loctite gel control super glue and just held the two ends together for a few minutes for the glue to partially dry, and then left it over night to fully cure, then if you rotate the spliced part inside the headband you'll never see it, and it's very strong.
