The Bakoon Amp-13R is an amazing amp that many say outperform’s it’s sibling the Enleum 23R. It has proprietary JET-Satri amplifier circuits, and a proven stepped attenuator volume control. Not to mention the elegant case design and amazing handmade-by-craftsman Urishi knob. This is THE amp for the Susvara, and I've also found it excels with other heaphones like Focal and others.

we cannot say that with certainty as it has lot of bells and whistle that may have jacked up the price instead of performance of just the amp section. Plus, it's a niche product and my experience is such products get hyped a lot.

Bakoon has a very unique sound, it's more tube like than solid state and the Zahl from impressions is much more traditionally solid state like. The flavour of sounds from these 2 will make it hard to compare as someone might subjectively prefer one a lot more than another, like myself I much prefer Bakoon type of sound

Good input! Ive never heard the Zahl, but I would describe the Bakoon sound as liquid and musical, without sacrificing any detail or separation.
